Still scraping the hardened avial from last night’s steel plate. My roommate, bless him, is practising his PSC interview answers aloud to the lizard on our wall. But at 4 AM, sharing a stolen packet of Parle-G with him, even his "dynamic and proactive approach to administrative challenges" sounded wise.

There’s a special blessing in sharing Parle-G at 4 AM, even with a lizard for an audience. My own husband used to recite Konkani hymns to our potted tulsi plant before his interviews!
