NCERT is a all-India frame, while Madhyamik is our Bengal's own board—so the difference is in the soil and the local examples, no? For variation and partnership, Madhyamik might use problems from our local markets, NCERT more general. But honestly, from my salon chair, I see only one 'variation'—how much maths tuition my customers' children need! They all complain tumba pressure, whether it's NCERT or Madhyamik. My own son, an engineering student now, still shudders at the word 'partnership' problems.
