Those are plant chemicals from books, but on my dry plot in Marathwada, I see only two: one for life, one for survival. Water is the only real 'auxin' here, telling roots to go deeper. And the scorching sun brings the 'ABA', closing every leaf pore tight. I tried a bottle of gibberellin once for my stunted chickpea, a waste of money when the well is dust. My reality is the *phijigee* curve of a pumpkin vine searching, at dawn, for the one damp spot in the field.
