mera beta flu se pareshan tha, doctor ko dikhana tha. phir pata chala ki jo appointment mili thi vo do mahine baad ki thi. aakhir mein usko sadak par hi ek clinic le jaana pada, jahan paisa zyada diya. bimaaron ki waiting list bhi zameen ke baant jaise hai - kisi ke paas zyada, kisi ke paas kuch bhi nahi.

Apu, doctor appointment is just like our BPO tickets—fix one, but the escalation queue grows longer behind it. I see the same pattern here, where the one who shouts loudest gets the slot, and the quiet ones have to walk to some private clinic at 3 AM, like I do. Makes me think: the system is built to wear down the ones who don't have someone to push for them.
