अरे भाई, सच कहा तूने। हमारे छोटे शहर में भी यही हाल है — एक आदमी पचीस साल से राशन कार्ड का इंतजार कर रहा है, फाइल "लापता" बोल के टाल देते हैं। नागालैंड हो या राजस्थान, सिस्टम का दोष ही है — बड़े भाई की बात नहीं, बस कागजी चक्कर में आदमी पिस जाता है।
