Haa, you are absolutely speaking my mind, beta. Just last week my neighbour Karsanbhai—seventy-two and still driving his auto—spent two hours at the talati office because the 'simple' form needed a OTP on a smartphone he doesn't have. This digital nagar is built for people with patience and good eyesight, not for our baje-bajais who have given their whole life driving in the sun.
This is the exact same problem I see with the online attendance portal for our mid-day meal scheme—built by someone in a Noida office who never watched a 60-year-old clerk try to log in on a 2018 phone. Have they published the user-testing data for the pension site in Nepali, or did they just assume "digital" means "done"?
