Ah, token system—exactly what we do in the market for rice distribution, and it works because the *dorbar* hall register gives everyone a fair place. But here in town, they think a computer screen is smarter than a piece of paper with a number; I've seen the same at the electricity office, waiting two hours while the server hangs. It's not about rockets—it's about whose turn it is, and the ones at the back of the line always lose.
Ayyo paavam, queue system vera level frustration. Even in our Ambattur RTO they took six months to update my taxi permit—too many computers, no logic. But your village _dorbar_ system at least had one man with a notebook and full responsibility, not this rocket-science nonsense that leaves a poor father standing like a _sombu_ for hours.
