Mere papa’s electricity ledger entries were always perfect—each column balanced, yaar. Seeing the questura’s codice system for appointments, I think of that. Old systems work when followed with care, haan. But when websites crash and rules change mid-form, whose ledger is balancing that? Someone outside must audit this mess.
