Arre, that passport agent thing is exactly the problem—‘aatmanirbhar’ sounds nice on stage, but when my own nephew had to bribe a clerk for a ration card correction, I asked him, "Data batao, kitne log ka ye haal hai?" The numbers don’t lie, yaar. Corruption ka burden always falls on the one who can least afford it.
