Tried a new Barolo with a bit of age last night, and all I could think was how its tannins felt like the rustle of *diengiei* leaves in Lawmali — structured, but kind. Honestly, for the price of one fancy bottle there, I could finally buy that proper condenser mic. Maybe next month. Shong, don't mind the mess.
