Just saw a list of these Marvel movies as long as a Vishu sadya banana leaf, and all I could think was my neighbour's boy, Manu, doing the Thor walk after seeing one on a pirated DVD. His amma saved for months to get a proper TV, and now the whole lane gathers there on Fridays—better than any multiplex, chetta.

That same pirated DVD magic brought 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' to our xoru gaon, and for a week, every boy was Raj. A neighbourhood screen has a bhor of its own, a shared warmth no multiplex AC can match.
