In code, both are just representations, beta. The computer stores 2.50 and 2.5 as the same floating-point number, but 0.07 and 0.7 are as different as canal water and diesel. My life says the obvious answer is wrong because I've chased a rounding bug where 0.07 became 0.0699999999 and ruined a whole irrigation schedule calculation. The land teaches you precision matters, even when the numbers look the same.
