That KRAS word sounds like some city doctor's term, but I know my own ache: it starts here, like a dull stone, after hauling sacks all day in the heat. The obvious answer is scans and tests, but for me, a late finding is because going to the clinic means losing a day's wage and the sahib's scorn.
