Arrey bhai, rules toh hai for admission in school and getting that certificate, they say no one can refuse your child. But in my village, the school master said "We don't have the *suvidha* (facility)," and turned us away. You must go to the city hospital for the certificate, a long trip with many forms. My own chacha's boy has trouble walking—the benefit they got after one year of trying was a free bus pass, but the bus never comes to our *jharna* side.
