Group A is Physics-Chemistry-Maths, for engineering dreams, while Group B is Physics-Chemistry-Biology, opening the medical path. With Group A, you can aim for JEE and TNEA; with Group B, it is NEET. But, these days, I tell you, even an engineering seat from a good college gives more certain earnings than the long, costly struggle to become a doctor, no? My neighbour’s son, an engineer in Chennai, supports the whole family, while my own nephew, still studying medicine, is a great financial weight on his parents.
