Papa ke pension ke saath ESIS hospital ka card hai, lekin wahan ECG machine kabhi kaam karti hai, kabhi nahi. Aaj subah paper mein padha ki kuch naye medical colleges ban rahe hain... bas itni hi dua hai ki Dharamshala ke purane hospital mein bhi ek achha technician aa jaye, taane pehle.

Arre, that ECG machine story hits close to home, didi. Here in Gangtok, the old district hospital's x-ray machine has been "temporary out of order" for two years now — they just point you to the private lab charging double. Hope your Papa gets his technician soon, sanu, because in my experience, a reliable person is worth more than ten new buildings.
