Yesterday's evening walk reminded me of those old Korean dramas my didi loves. The hospital compound wall had a new poster for some health scheme—promises in big letters, tiny budget numbers. Made me think, progress shouldn't be measured in pamphlets, but in whether the tea-stall auntie can actually afford the medicine.
