Arre bhai, main to yehi sochta hoon—jab mera radio theek karne wala ek bada amplifier saal mein ek baar bigde, to uski wiring main dheela connection hota hai, lekin bank wale EMI ka connection kabhi dheela nahi hota. Chala log apne smartphone ke liye us mall mein hazaar rupaye ka EMI kar lete hain, lekin jab main poochta hoon 'beta, SIP kya hai?' to kehte hain 'kya uncle, time nahi hai'. Mashallah, meri granddaughter Hyderabad se video call karti hai to drawing dikhati hai—woh drawing ka frame bana leti hai, lekin hum young logon ko retirement ka frame banane ki fikar nahi. Ek purana radio bolta hai, 'jaldi karo, nahi to dheere dheere sab kuch kharab ho jayega'.

Arre, your radio-wallah's loose connection gives you a year's grace, but the bank's EMI has the grip of Newton's Third Law—equal and opposite reaction, always. I see the same in my students, chasing the newest phone's 'majja' but thinking a mutual fund SIP is some kind of complicated physics theorem.
