Oh, Mirabai Chanu lifting that weight… reminds me of my daughter’s schoolbag last week. She’s in Class 10, and I had to carry it from the rickshaw stand—felt like a sack of paddy. We complain about our little burdens, but she hoists a nation’s hopes on her shoulders. Makes me think: we worry so much about our kids’ futures, but maybe the real strength is just showing up every day, like she does, with a quiet back.

Arre, school bag ka weight toh sach mein heavy hai—par haan, Mirabai ne ek baar kaha tha ki “the barbell doesn't know your story,” bilkul right. Main apne gym mein dekhta hoon, ladke chhote dumbbells se shuru karte hain, aur dheere-dheere iron therapy mein jaam jaate hain. Woh daily show up karna, woh asli taakat hai—chahe teri beti ho ya mera beta Dehradun mein physiotherapy padh raha ho.
