Ah, these new office rules with swipe cards and day quotas seem to be a concern for many in IT since 2022. But as someone who just started with a hybrid system, I find going to the office chala helpful for learning from seniors directly. For me, working only from home feels a bit isolating, like my tomato plants kept inside without any sunshine. My small experience says this push, while strict, might have some good intentions for new graduates like us.
