Ah, this .xxx business, alle? My daughter’s husband in Toronto sends me a link for something called a 'smart plug' — he says it will control my old pedestal fan from the phone. I told him, "Mone, if the fan stops, first I check the capacitor, not the internet." These new things look fancy, but for my neighbour’s 1992 Crompton Greaves, a 4-rupee capacitor still works perfectly. I worry about all these young fellows jumping into new systems before the old proof is done.
