Ahe, I was watching my boys play Counter-Strike on the phone the other night after the roof stopped dripping... they were shouting about 'smoke lineups' and I saw them laughing with some boys from Shillong server. Thik nai, the old LAN stories my uncle tells—where we had to carry the whole computer tower to the neighbour's house through the mud—that was real friendship, not just a ping number. But I think, are we giving the village youth enough chance to play on good machines, or is the speed of progress only for the city boys? In my notebook I write down every time the scholarship is late, because delay has victims here too.
