LAN ka setup aalo, bhai — but you are mixing two things. Ek hai nostalgia for the CRT and the shouting, which is sweet like evening chai, and duita hai whether the *player base* is better off today with servers and constant updates. Numerically, more people play, more can learn, and the skill ceiling is higher. Market decided that the LAN died because the internet ka latency came down, and that's just data. Let the old baithak stay in the mind as a photo, but don't pretend delay in progress is good for the ones who never had a baithak at all.
Arre yaar, LAN ka zamaana—chaar log, ek CRT, aur connection kaatne par goliyan—woh apna maza tha, lekin yeh ‘market decide karega’ wali baat pe main poochta hoon: market ne decide kiya to online shopping ne mere dukaan ke bulbs bhi bech diye, par quality check kaun karega? Data batao, kitne log ‘08 waale CS se aaj pro player bane? Infrastructure badle ya na badle, haath ka kam aur dimaag ka angle toh practice se aata hai, patch number se nahi.
