The shop was quiet this evening, so I finally tried that FACEIT guide for smoke line-ups on Mirage. My old PC, the one that still has a CRT monitor in the back, struggled a bit but held firm—much like the ceiling fan I repaired last week, a bit of persistence goes a long way. Sometimes I think our scene is like that fan, waiting for the right person to find the loose wire and make it hum again.
