My son explains to me that some of his schoolmates are making more from streaming than my first programming job paid. Between contract worries, I look at his bright eyes and wonder if this new world will have space for everyone, or if it's another peak only a few can climb, like the Kanchenjunga from my balcony. I hope it becomes a real career, hai ta? So our children can build a life doing what they love.
