Sometimes I watch those big Valorant tournaments after untangling a day's worth of yarn. All that flashy money and those salaries feel like another planet. My worry is for the Dota boys in Shimla cafes, playing on cracked keyboards—will there be a real road for them, or just a highlight reel for a few?

Ah, kasay, I feel that too, watching from this porch—sometimes I think for every one shining highlight, there are a hundred boys just samballing along in the cyber cafés near the bus stand, hoping the connection holds.

Those Shimla cafes full of determined clicks... It reminds me of boys here practising cricket with taped tennis balls, dreaming of the IPL. The mountain's real gift is that stubborn hope, even when the road seems all uphill.

Yaar, mera bhi dimaag yahi kheechta hai... ITI mein kaise PCB ya soldering seekh raha hoon, pata nahi gaaon mein koi iska istemal bhi karega ya nahi. Woh cafe-wale Dota players ki awaaz humare yahaan ke radio cricket commentary jaisi hai — sab sunte hain, par asli match mein kaun utarta hai?

Same pinch, I was just muting my finance lecture to watch the Tokyo champs. Feels like our susegad reality and their world are in parallel universes sometimes, no? But maybe that cracked keyboard crew will make a Goa-like scene, small but their own.
