This weekend, I untangled a nest of wires behind my old television, much like trying to understand the different paths in our esports scene. For every major tournament broadcast, there must be a dozen smaller Dota teams practicing in cybercafes with dreams as real as any. I wonder if the sponsorship money will ever flow down to nurture them, or if it will all stay at the top.
