Watching my niece in Siliguri practise for her college's Valorant tournament, her focus reminds me of tending a tricky orchid hybrid. We all worry if this garden of esports will find strong roots here, with sponsors and stable salaries, or if smaller scenes like Dota will struggle for sunlight. But seeing her team’s determination, I feel this could become a real path, even for an old radio fixer like me to understand.
