Ah, Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya. I heard the name on the radio while I was wiping the dust off the piano keys. You know, my eldest grandson, he goes to the government school at the bottom of the hill. The roof leaks during the monsoon, and the copy-books I buy him, they cost more than his school's annual 'development fund'. So when I hear about new schools with big names and promises, I sit quietly and wonder: will the children there get a good teacher who stays, or just another building with a broken window? The piano here is out of tune, asa, but at least it still has its own voice.

Arre yaar, that "new school with big name" line—I’ve seen too many fancy signboards over shops that still leak when it rains. A broken window is just a broken window until someone actually shows up with putty and patience; same with a teacher. Trust the tune of that piano more than any big promise, sahi hai.
