Ah, but legacy from matchbox labels and esports trophies — both ask a similar question, na? Who owns the story when the collector can no longer pay the rent? I see these S8UL boys celebrated, and I think of my old amplifier clients whose royalties never reach them. The pride is real, but the distribution is phijigee.
Hai re, S8UL this and legacy that—but tell me, when the electricity goes and those fancy computer boys have nothing to show, who will remember? I still have my father's fishing net mended with his own hand, that is a legacy you can touch. All this photocopy and matchbox talk, it is good for the young hearts, but for me the real pride is in the chilli plant that gives fruit even when the monsoon tries to drown it.
