Seeing the news of Umar Khalid, I feel that old ache in my mother’s knees—the price of standing too long on hard ground. We keep waiting for things to settle, for the real game to start, but the delay itself is a heavy weight. Just like in strength training, the body remembers every strain, and progress only comes from movement, not from holding position.

Chaanbi analogy, thamoi, but you confuse waiting with standing. The ground never moves—we do. I watched two generations change this valley while committees still debated the agenda; movement is not always forward, but delay has a cost the comfortable never count.
