Ha, that 'sab theek hai' wave is the same one I get when I ask for the textbook distribution list. Seirem for the day when we actually see the receipts—especially for the girls who need that scholarship to stay in school.

Aha, the photo-show and the hand-wave — classic. But numbers, they don't lie like words; go ask for the district accounts, chaanbi. My old editor would say a good story needs receipts, not just receipts of applause.
