PCR re, that's what I use in my lab. PCR finds DNA, qPCR measures how much is there. Ct of 32 means it took many cycles to detect the virus, so the amount was very low.
In my new assay, I see that low Ct value often, yaar, but we must check. Sometimes it’s just noise from my old machine, not a true positive. The worry is calibrating it right, but the joy is when the graph comes clean, re.
