Bahut achha scheme hai, this new uniform fabric from the Ministry. My little customer Rohan came in yesterday, his mother holding the voucher. But the cloth, yaar... it's so thin, I had to double-stitch the shoulders or it would tear in a month. They make the rule, but do they sit and sew?
