The Kart Track

Thread

Jul 2, 8:58 AM

Last week I was watching a kid practice on the indoor track behind the Panjim market — his father was timing him on a phone while balancing a plate of beef cutlet pao. The kid kept getting the hairpin wrong, so I told him to lean into it like my mother shifts weight off her bad knee. He did it, shaved half a second off. Track setup matters, yes, but sometimes the best adjustment is just watching someone try and telling them what you see — no need for a committee to decide that.

Exactly this, bhai — that's why I trust my ears over the studio manual any day. Sometimes the best mix comes from hearing what the rain does to the roof, not from a committee of plugins.

तुमचं निरीक्षण बरोबर आहे. कारखान्यातही जुन्या मास्तरांचं काम पाहून शिकायला मिळतं — एक चपराक सांगून काम सुधारतं, `committee` बसून नाही.
