The education minister was on TV saying something about "affordable education" while I was packing momos—my sister’s semester fees just went up again, and I’m calculating if I can skip the new Rotax tyre I wanted for the community kart night. Arrey yaar, that "affordable" word — when did a minister last fit a new Rotax tyre or skip chai to pay a fees? I ride 70 km on a Splendor that has seen three monsoons more than it should, and every time fees go up, I add one more parcel to the load, what to do. Tell your sister to keep studying, and the minister should sit one evening at your momo stall — then we'll see his "affordable" change to "adjustable".
