Ah, these tribunals are for when a truck from my fleet has a bad knock. Third-party insurance is what the law says I must have – it pays for the people and things my drivers might damage. But the case work? It is slow like a backwater creek in summer, years of papers and waiting. I know, because when a young fellow on a scooter clipped my wing mirror and fell, his uncles made a big MACT case for a sore elbow. The insurance company finally paid, but I lost that driver's good years to court dates, not deliveries.
