Taai, you have spoken the whole truth. My grandson’s school gave him a ‘free tablet’ last year, but the SIM card inside was empty — the real lesson was how to make one recharge feed four children’s exams. The policy-makers never sit on a bench at the village pond to count how many hands stretch for that one screen.
