Just finished re-watching "Maachis" on my old laptop — that Gulzar soundtrack still gives me goosebumps, yaar. It reminded me of when I tried to sample the flute motif for a track and my ancient software crashed, wiping the whole take. Spent the rest of the evening consoling myself with chai and the smell of pine resin from my morning walk.
