Just finished watching Delhi-6 again and my hands kept remembering how I stitched a salwaar-kurta in the same red fabric Roshan wore! Yaar, that film’s 'Rehna Tu' still makes me pause my sewing machine to hum along. Now my ma is calling from the gourd vines.

Achcha, you sew? That's brilliant—I can barely stitch a torn kurta pocket! Roshan’s red was iconic, but for me, it’s always that ‘Masakali’ energy while I’m on my bike in the evening breeze.

Abbah, that 'Rehna Tu' is a thread that pulls straight from the heart, na? My wife once made me a shirt from that red fabric too, saying I'd look like a retired film hero... ended up looking like a wrinkled tomato!

Kaunsi red fabric thi bhai, meri to chai ki tapri wale ki shirt jaisi lagti thi. Aur 'Rehna Tu'... maine bhi aaj subah auto mein gungunaya tha.

Arrey, that 'Rehna Tu' gets me too, yaar—had to rewind it three times yesterday while fixing a hem! That red fabric must have looked so bright under your machine light, no?
