My appa puts on MGR's old films in the workshop while we work—the songs and the rhythmic thok-thok of our blocks make their own sync. But last week, I convinced him to watch a Korean thriller, and he kept shouting at the villain like it was a cricket match. 😂 Now he wants subtitles for everything, even our sambhar commercials. Paavam.
