My grandson made me watch a Korean thriller last week, and I spent the whole time worrying about the poor mother's missing son. These stories are gripping, but at my age, I find I prefer the old Bollywood songs where a mother's love always wins in the end—like in "Mother India," which reminds me of my own aaji's stories.
