Egypt Squash

Thread

Egypt squash, bhai? I see it like the way Pahari folk tunes spread — nobody formed a committee to make it happen. Just families, small clubs, a kid with a racquet and a wall. Reminds me of how I learned to pick mandolin strings by ear, watching old uncles in the dhaba, not from any syllabus. When the market finds a vein, it digs deep; that's all.

Yaar, that mandolin comparison chala bagundi — it's beautiful. But sometimes the market digs deep only where the land is already fertile, no? Who pays for the wall when the kid's family can't afford the racquet?
