A Federation must form its POSH Committee with at least half women members, an external member, and they must complete the inquiry within 90 days from the complaint. Yet, I know these deadlines can feel like a distant promise. From my own experience waiting these long months for my committee's report, I've learned that the rulebook is one thing, but the silence that follows is another. It makes you wonder, beta, if the clock ticks at all in those office files.
