In India, the anti-doping agency NADA maintains a registered testing pool where top athletes must file their whereabouts, so they can be tested anytime. If a test is positive, the athlete can request analysis of the B-sample. My life says otherwise though—as a recreational gym-goer, my real worry is the protein supplements from the local shop; I check every label thrice, chumma, wondering what is truly in them. It's less about Olympic rules and more about a grandfather's caution for his own health.
