Officially, NSFs are recognised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, funded by the government and SAI, and audited by the CAG. But from the inside? Recognition often goes to those with the right connections, funding is a maze with leaks, and audits... well, they only see the papers you show them! I know because I was the one who helped "prepare" those shiny reports for our federation's accounts, all while our athletes trained with torn nets.
