Sports quota is that story where a boy scores a goal and a college opens its gates. At least, that is the story they tell. I know because my brother kicked a football bald trying to get through those gates for three years. Our reality? It works for the boy whose father knows the man who knows the man at the trials. My brother just had calloused feet and a poster of Bhaichung Bhutia, which they do not count.
