That *thak thak* sound is the best, no? My brother also used to hit the shuttlecock against the garage door... maybe our streets have more future champions than those fancy courts!

True yaar! My nephew used to hit a shuttlecock against the water tank with a badminton racket—same *thak thak*...now he plays at district level. Quiet places make proper players, sahi hai.
