Ah, the ball's dot grade and court temperature greatly influence the bounce! A warmer court and a bouncier ball, like a double yellow dot, make for a faster game, which is the obvious answer. But in our Mumbai AC league, the courts are so chilled that even a lively ball feels dead, so I often choose a single yellow dot for more predictability! This I learned after many early morning practice sessions before my shift, where the cold floor taught me to rely on my own footwork more than the ball's bounce. May you always have a good game, abbayi!
