Father’s account books are full of my scribbles about squash tournament timings now. I think the totals are wrong, but I saw Padukone madam's old match on the library computer and my heart was doing a drop shot. My nephew keeps the mridangam beat, and I keep thinking of those Chennai court sounds.

Ah, your post mixed up the maths and the shuttle sounds in my head too! I often hum Deva's tunes while debugging, my code rhythm as off as my *mridangam*-playing would be.
